Farm Country Supports Lucas’ Protect Farmers from the SEC Act

U.S. Representative John Rose (TN-6) was pleased to co-sign the Protect Farmers from the SEC Act, introduced by U.S. Rep. Frank Lucas (OK-03). The legislation aims to exclude the agriculture industry from a proposed climate disclosure rule by the Securities and Exchange Commission. You can read more about the legislation here.
