Inauguration of Donald J. Trump

Congressman Rose would like to thank you for your interest in attending the inauguration of President-Elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-Elect J.D. Vance and related events. The ceremony will take place on January 20th at 12 p.m. ET on the west front of the U.S. Capitol.

All Sixth Congressional District tickets have been fully allocated and our office is no longer receiving ticket requests. There is a waitlist for those who have already requested tickets. For those who previously requested tickets, you will be contacted in the event tickets become available.

For the many Tennesseans still planning to come to Washington for the historic day, there are two viewing opportunities we want to share.

1. There will be non-ticketed viewing areas set up on the National Mall located west of 4th Street NW.

2. Congressman Rose has established a hospitality room for constituents to enjoy a livestream of the inauguration and enjoy a respite from the cold.

  • Entrance to the hospitality room will be by appointment only. Please call Rep. Rose’s Washington office at 202-225-4231 to schedule an arrival time.
  • Appointments will only be made for constituents of Tennessee’s 6th Congressional District.
  • The room is located in the Rayburn House Office Building and will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. ET. Entrants will be subject to security screening by Capitol Police similar to TSA at any major airports.

Background on inauguration tickets: The Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) provides Members of Congress a limited number of viewing area tickets to distribute, most of which are for a standing area at or near the east end of the National Mall. Tickets are not released to Members until about a week before the ceremony.
