Proposed ESG Reporting Rule in GOP Crosshairs

U.S. Representative John Rose (TN-6) recently sent a letter, signed by a bipartisan group of more than 100 House Members, to the Securities and Exchange Commission, urging them to reverse course on a proposed ESG climate rule. Rep. Rose took part in an ESG forum, recently hosted by the Hill, and spoke about the rule's potential impact on small farms and ranches.
