SEC’s Proposed ESG Rule Will Leave Small Farms in the Lurch, Lawmakers from Both Parties Say

U.S. Representative John Rose (TN-6) sent a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission, along with the signatures of 117 other House Members, urging them to reverse course on a proposed ESG climate rule, which Rep. Rose feels could negatively impact small farms and ranches.
