2023 Summer Intern Class Begins Work for U.S. Rep. Rose
Washington, DC—Today, U.S. Representative John Rose (TN-06) welcomed an impressive group of summer interns for 2023. The intern class includes: Jackson Burdine of Lebanon, TN, Neill Kane of Lebanon, TN, and Cameron Legge of Chattanooga, TN. They will be assisting staff with constituent services, capitol tours, issues research, and more while working in the Congressman’s Washington, DC office.
"As these young Tennesseans begin their careers, I am honored to welcome them to learn from our team, where they'll get a firsthand look at how the legislative branch functions and interacts with the many Tennesseans who county on us," said U.S. Rep. Rose. "These three are a credit to their families and communities, and it is a privilege to have a front-row seat in seeing them pursue their educational and career goals."
Jackson Burdine is a senior at the University of Mississippi pursuing a bachelor’s degree in general business with a minor in public policy and leadership. Burdine graduated from Lebanon High School.
Neill Kane is a junior at Western Kentucky University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminology with a minor in legal studies. Kane graduated high school from Friendship Christian Academy in Lebanon and was part of the 2017 state-winning football team at FCA.
